Personal Information We Collect When you become a client of Palliasoft Incorporated, you may subscribe to various automated workflow processes that use personal information. This information includes:
(1) To establish and maintain a commercial relationship with you and to provide you with Palliasoft products and services. Personal information is required in order to use several different Palliasoft Incorporated automated workflow processes. Such information is hosted on our web site to allow you to use these various applications and is only retained in data archives for internal management and auditing purposes. (2) To meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements (such as in response to a court order), and otherwise as permitted or required by law. If we intend to use personal information for purposes not identified to you or as set out above, these other purposes will be described to you at the time of collection or before using the information. We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. Cookies Palliasoft Incorporated uses cookies to identify "sessions". Sessions are a means for our server to recognize that a user has been authenticated. The cookie simply consists of a unique sequence of characters that the server internally matches up with a logged-in user. Third Parties' Access to Personal Information Palliasoft Incorporated does not sell client information to any outside entity. The person that provides this information may withdraw his or her consent to such collection, use and disclosure of personal information at any time, subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice, however, if such consent is withdrawn, we may no longer be able to host such information.
